2. Products & Availability

• All abayas are crafted with high-quality fabrics and unique designs.

• Availability of products is subject to change. We cannot guarantee that all styles or sizes will always be in stock.

• Colors and patterns may appear slightly different in person due to screen displays.

3. Orders & Payments

• All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams) unless otherwise stated.

• Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.

• We accept secure online payments through approved payment gateways.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship within the UAE.

• Delivery times may vary depending on your location and order volume.

• MER is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs clearance.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• No returns or exchanges will be accepted for reasons of change of mind or personal preference.

• Returns will only be accepted if the abaya you received has incorrect measurementsdue to an error on our side.

• In such cases, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order by contacting us via email or WhatsApp with your order details.

• The abaya must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

• Once we confirm the error, we will arrange for a replacement or correction at no additional cost.

7. Liability

• MER is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
